What does Cyber Sai offer?
Cyber Sai is a newly established ‘Trots Potch’ cybersecurity company that offers education, products and services related to cybersecurity.
Some of these services include the installation and setup of NordVPN, the digital destruction of data using BitRaser and offering international e-sim subscriptions from Saily, a NordVPN company.
We also supply computer, office and home related products to make life more efficient for you.

Apart from the abovementioned products and services, I offer a service to assist you in resolving common issues you experience with smart phones and devices as well as computers.

I originally wanted to offer these services to the elderly community of Potchefstroom, but I thought I would extend the invitation to anyone living in the Potchefstroom/Tlokwe vicinity.
Smart Phones
I can assist you in common software issues that you experience with your phone.
Do you experience issues with WhatsApp or are you seeing regular pop-ups on your phone that you don’t like?
Is it difficult for you to change some settings on your phone or do you struggle to connect devices to it?
These are just some of the issues I can help you with.
Desktops & Laptops
Technology can sometimes be very frustrating, considering that we are living in a time where it is supposed to make our lives more efficient. That said, we experience times when technology just make life more difficult for us.
That’s where I come in. I will assist you in the software and hardware issues you experience with desktops & laptops, albeit, I can assist in only software issues if you would like to service a laptop. But with desktops, where parts are easily removed and replaced, I can offer hardware service as well.

Smart Devices
Now, smart devices are becoming more common these days, but it doesn’t take away the fact that how to install and operate them is common knowledge, yet.
Here, I can offer assistance in getting smart devices in your home to work properly. No need for you to worry about reading the manual or installing the correct applications or software to use it. I will do it for you.
Pricing
I received feedback from several people, saying that some local Potchefstroom companies charge an arm and a leg just for the installation of applications on their phones, and connecting their account with it.
I am offering a single price and an extra tip (the tip is optional of course), for you to use my services.
R75 & Pay What You Can
Yes, that’s right. I only ask for a fee of R75 to service your device, and, if you thought I did a really good job, you can tip me extra. I don’t even mind if the tip is a delicious cup of tea.
Why This Price?
Cyber Sai is a new company in Potchefstroom. It needs all the exposure it can get. I aim to leverage this service to spread knowledge about what we can do and establish our presence in this tight-knit community.
Terms & Conditions
I would love to be able to offer my services all the way out to Klerksdorp, Stilfontein and other regions surrounding Potchefstroom, but at the moment that is just not viable for me. Here are some T’s & C’s that I have to follow to ensure I can still make a living assisting you.
- I can visit you in-person if you live within a 10 km radius from the Bult in Potchefstroom.
- I can take in your device for a service and either arrange to have it collected or delivered to you within the 10 km radius.
- I reserve the right to decline a request to service a device if:
- The issue is complex and requires intermediate or advanced technical skills.
- The issue is beyond the scope of my knowledge.
- The device is too badly damaged.
- The device doesn’t belong to you or appears to be stolen.
- If I cannot fix the issue you are experiencing, no fee will be charged.
- You offer me a fair period to resolve the issue.
- You will pay for the software license if it isn’t free.
- You will pay for the hardware that needs to be replaced in your device.
To Summarise
This service that I am offering is assistance in general every day issues that you experience with your devices. If you supply me as much information as possible and it appears to be an intermediate issue that I can resolve, I will discuss it with you.
Each requuest will be handled case-by-case to ensure clarity on the resolution of the issue.
